Please take a moment to review this list of needed items. Any in kind donations from you or your organization will be greatly appreciated.
Items still needed:

  • Two 20kw Electric Generator
  • printing of 400 event programs
  • 50 lunches per day between July 25-August 1
  • wireless access point
  • six small printers and extra toner
  • one 6-8 port router/switch
  • forty 15 feet RJ45 cables for interconnecting the computers with the router
  • twenty-five 20 feet RJ45 cables for interconnecting the computers with the router
  • twenty 50 feet heavy duty extension cords
  • twenty-five surge suppressor/outlet multiplier strips
  • Welcome packages (back packs, power pars, journals, etc) for 300 athletes

  • One Cargo Van provided by Susan Bland of Shriners Hospital for Children
  • One UHaul truck with lift provided by by Susan Bland of Shriners Hospital for Children
  • Two Large High Functioning Copiers to be used the week of July 24-August 2, 2009 donated by Da-Com Digital Office Solutions
  • One 40x30 ft. tent for staging the athletes donated by DASA Athlete TJ Stark
  • One Ice truck and ice for 7 days to replenish coolers donated by West County Kiwanis Club
  • 9,500 bottles of water -donated in part by Ameristar Casino Resort Spa, Krey Distributing
  • 4,000 bottles of sport drink -donated in part by Krey Distributing
  • 50 reams of printer paper-donated by Harry Schulz of Business Bookkeepers Inc, Florissant Kiwanis Members, and DASA Parent Jeff Healy, Kinstler Family
  • 1200# weights, 2 weight bars, and two collars -donated in part Greater St. Louis YMCAs
